Lectures about the four pillars of health: nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress management. Learn what to eat, the most efficient way to exercise, how important sleep is and ways to help you cope with this crazy world.

Classes will be about an hour and will be capped at maximum 10 people.

This workshop will be considered a shared medical appointment and will be billed through insurance. You can have a work or school excuse if needed. There is a cash payment option if you are not insured or a patient.
